How do I start the adventure?
Choose a model, then chat with Mi. After three replies Mi mentions a door at the bottom of the conversation. Answer it with anything at all and the door opens.
What can I type?
Plain instructions work best: look around,
read the sign, head left,
pick up the biscuit. In a fight try strike,
parry, guard or try my luck. If a
phrase could mean more than one thing, Mi asks which you meant. Input it
does not understand never moves the game on, so nothing is lost by trying.
I’m stuck
Type /help for a short guide. Type HINT for a
clue about the room you are in; ask again for a more direct one. Mi also
offers help if you get something wrong a few times or go quiet for a
while.
I left the app and my progress changed
That is deliberate. Switching to another app or relaunching ends the current expedition. When you come back you wake somewhere safe with fresh stats and supplies for your model. Opening the in-app sheets or putting the phone down for a moment does not reset anything. Keys you need for the story are never lost.
Mi’s chat replies seem simpler on my iPhone
Mi uses Apple’s on-device language model where your iPhone supports it and it is turned on. Otherwise it uses replies built into the app, which cover fewer subjects and ask for clarification more often. The adventure itself is identical either way; the model never decides what happens in it.
Can I change light or dark mode?
Mi follows your iPhone’s appearance. To override it, tap + beside the input, then Settings, and choose System, Light or Dark.
Does it need a connection?
No. The app works entirely offline and has no account. See the privacy policy.
